End of summer is here and I am always conflicted when shopping this time of the year. It is 90 degrees out- do I order clothes that I can wear when they come in or should I get clothes that are for cooler weather that I have to wait to wear? The answer is both- I picked up some items from JCPenney recently that I can wear both now and transition into fall weather clothes.
